Tom Strand Homes is a family owned and operated business in Mesa Arizona. The business specializes in reselling manufactured homes located in senior (55+) parks in Chandler,Mesa, Tempe, Queen Creek, and Apache Junction.
Tom and Marian started the business in 1997 after finishing successful careers. Marian in sales for the phone company in Portland, Oregon, and Tom many years in retail sales, the last 20 years leading to this venture in real estate as an agent and then broker.
Carla & Joe Strand joined the group in 2006. Carla was also a real estate agent and Joe has construction background working for the Oregon Zoo.
